A stroke of lightning.
I imagined three-dimensional paintings and illustrated by Benjamin Lacombe Once Upon a Time in ('Il était une fois'), a beautiful pop-up book published by Rizzoli in Italy, I was impressed by their clever mixture of fascination and fear that characterizes each work-scented sense of wonder and in particular the art of this young illustrator in Paris.
Lacombe, is the hallmark of sophisticated surprise, the red pill of fantasy as real transfiguration of reality.
